  "text": "This draft Statutory Instrument supersedes the draft of the same title which was laid before Parliament on 24th February 2010 and published on 1st March 2010. It is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that draft Statutory Instrument.\nDraft Regulations laid before Parliament under section 120(4) of the Courts and Legal Services Act 1990, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nLegal Services, England And Wales\nMade 000\nComing into force 6th April 2010\nThe Lord Chancellor makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 58AA(4) and 120(3) of the Courts and Legal Services Act 1990.\nHe has consulted the designated judges, the General Council of the Bar, the Law Society and such other bodies as he considered appropriate in accordance with section 58AA(6) of that Act.\nA draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by both Houses of Parliament in accordance with section 120(4) of that Act.",
