# The Data-gathering Powers (Relevant Data) Regulations 2012, Regulation 11: Income, assets etc belonging to others


The relevant data for a data-holder of the type described in paragraph 13 of Schedule 23 are—
(a) information relating to the money or value received; and
(b) the name and address of the beneficial owner of the money or value.
