  "text": "The relevant data for a data-holder of the type described in paragraph 16 of Schedule 23 are—\n(a) the name and address of the person to whom the payment has been made or on whose behalf the payment has been received;\n(b) the amount of the payment so made or received; and\n(c) the address of any property in respect of which the payment has been made.",
