  "heading": "Rent and other payments arising from land",
  "text": "(1) The relevant data for a data-holder of the type described in paragraph 18 of Schedule 23 are—\n(a) information relating to the terms applying to the lease, occupation or use of land;\n(b) information relating to any consideration given for the grant or assignment of the tenancy;\n(c) information relating to any person on whose behalf the land is managed or the payments received, including particulars of payments arising from the land.\n(2) In this regulation—\n(a) “lease” includes an agreement for a lease, and any tenancy, but does not include a mortgage or heritable security;\n(b) “lessee” includes a successor in title of a lease; and\n(c) in relation to Scotland, “assignment” means an assignation.",
