Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and extent

These Regulations may be cited as the Data Protection Act 2018 (Qualifying Competent Authorities) Regulations 2025.

(2)

These Regulations come into force on the twenty-first day after the day on which they are made.

(3)

These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
