  "text": "Draft Regulations laid before Parliament under sections 138(5) and 182(7) of the Data Protection Act 2018, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nData Protection\nMade ***\nComing into force 1st April 2019\nThe Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 137(1) and (3)(c) of the Data Protection Act 2018.\nThe Secretary of State makes these Regulations—\n(a) having regard to the matters specified in section 137(4) of that Act; and\n(b) after consultation in accordance with sections 138(1) and 182(2) of that Act.\nIn accordance with sections 138(5) and 182(7) of the Data Protection Act 2018, a draft of this instrument was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.",
