  "text": "Draft Order laid before Parliament under section 67(4) of the Data Protection Act 1998, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nData Protection\nMade 2012\nComing into force in accordance with article 1\nThe Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 67(2) of, and paragraph 10 of Schedule 3 to, the Data Protection Act 1998.\nIn accordance with section 67(3) of that Act, the Secretary of State has consulted the Information Commissioner.\nIn accordance with section 67(4) of that Act, a draft of this Order was laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.",
