Regulation 34 Amendment of the Public Interest Disclosure (Prescribed Persons) Order 2014
In the Schedule to the Public Interest Disclosure (Prescribed Persons) Order 2014f1 (prescribed persons), in the entry for the “Financial Conduct Authority”, for paragraph (m)(ii) substitute—
“(ii)the Data Reporting Services Regulations 2023”.
