# The Data Reporting Services Regulations 2023, Regulation 35: Amendment of the Public Interest Disclosure (Prescribed Persons) Order (Northern Ireland) 1999


In the Schedule to the Public Interest Disclosure (Prescribed Persons) Order (Northern Ireland) 1999 (prescribed persons), in the entry for the “Financial Conduct Authority”, for paragraph (m)(ii) substitute—
“(ii) the Data Reporting Services Regulations 2023”.
