# The Data Retention and Acquisition Regulations 2018, Paragraph 20


In section 84 (application of Part 3 to postal operators and postal services), in subsection (2)—
(a) omit the “and” at the end of paragraph (d);
(b) after paragraph (d) insert—
“(da) the reference in sections 60A(8)(a), 61(7A)(a) and 61A(8)(a) to events data were a reference to anything within paragraph (a) or (b) of the definition of “communications data” in section 262(3), and”.
