# The Data Retention and Acquisition Regulations 2018, Paragraph 27


In Schedule 9 (transitional, transitory and saving provision), in paragraph 6(1)—
(a) for paragraph (a) substitute—
“(a) “serious crime” in section 86(2A),”;
(b) omit the “and” following paragraph (a);
(c) after paragraph (a) insert—
“(aa) “serious crime” in section 87(10B), and”.
