Section 68 (use of filtering arrangements in pursuance of an authorisation) is amended as follows.

In subsection (3), in the words before paragraph (a), for “the designated senior officer’s decision” substitute “the decision of the person granting the authorisation”.

In subsection (4), in the words before paragraph (a), for “A designated senior officer” substitute “A person”.

In subsection (5), for “the designated senior officer” substitute “the person”.
