# The Data Retention and Acquisition Regulations 2018, Paragraph 9


In section 69 (duties in connection with operation of filtering arrangements), in subsection (1)(b), in the words following sub-paragraph (ii), for “to the designated senior officer concerned” substitute “to the person considering whether to grant the authorisation”.
