  "text": "(1) The Regulation of Investigatory Powers (Communications Data) Order 2010 is amended as follows.\n(2) In article 2, omit paragraph (c).\n(3) In Schedule 1, in column 4 of the table, omit “, (e)” in the entries relating to the following—\n(a) a police force maintained under section 2 of the Police Act 1996;\n(b) the metropolitan police force;\n(c) the City of London police force;\n(d) the Police Service of Scotland;\n(e) the Police Service of Northern Ireland;\n(f) the British Transport Police.\n(4) In that Schedule, in column 4 of the table, in the entry relating to the Commissioners for Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs, omit “and (f)”.\n(5) In Schedule 2, in column 4 of the table in Part 1—\n(a) in the entry relating to the Financial Conduct Authority, omit “Article 2(c)”;\n(b) in the entry relating to the Prudential Regulation Authority, omit “Article 2(c)”.\n(6) In that Schedule, in column 4 of the table in Part 2—\n(a) in the entry relating to the Department of Health and Social Care, for “, (d) and (e)” substitute “and (d)”;\n(b) in the entry relating to the Health and Safety Executive, for “, (d) and (e)” substitute “and (d)”.",
