  "text": "(1) The Data Retention (EC Directive) Regulations 2007, which are superseded by these Regulations, are revoked.\n(2) Anything done under or for the purposes of those Regulations that could have been done under or for the purposes of the corresponding provision of these Regulations (if it had been in force at the time) shall be treated on and after these Regulations come into force as if it had been done under or for the purposes of that corresponding provision.",
