Draft Regulations laid before Parliament under section 2(5) of the Data Retention and Investigatory Powers Act 2014, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.

The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1(3), (4), (5) and (7) and 2(3) and (4) of the Data Retention and Investigatory Powers Act 2014.
A draft of these Regulations has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament in accordance with section 2(5) of the Data Retention and Investigatory Powers Act 2014.
