Regulation 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Data Retention Regulations 2014.

(2)

Subject to paragraph 3, these Regulations come into force on the day after the day on which these Regulations are made.

(3)

Regulations 8(1) and 15(2) and (3) come into force on the day on which section 1(6) of the Act comes into force for all purposes.
