These Regulations also make minor amendments in consequence of sections 67 and 91 of the 2025 Act, and contain transitional provision (to maintain pension arrangements) in respect of the person who holds the office of the Information Commissioner and is first chair of the Information Commission pursuant to paragraph 2 of Schedule 14 to the 2025 Act.",
