In the Statistics and Registration Service Act 2007^f1, in the provisions listed in sub-paragraph (2), for “Information Commissioner”, in each place it occurs, substitute “Information Commission”.

(c)

section 45E(8)(b) and (16);

(d)

section 53A(9).
