# The Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 (Consequential Amendments and Transitional Provision) Regulations 2026, Paragraph 15


In the Regulatory Enforcement and Sanctions Act 2008, in Schedule 5—
(a) at the appropriate place insert—
“Information Commission”;
(b) omit the entry for “Information Commissioner”.
