# The Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 (Consequential Amendments and Transitional Provision) Regulations 2026, Paragraph 16


In the Equality Act 2010, in Part 1 of Schedule 19, under the heading “Civil liberties”—
(a) at the appropriate place insert—
“The Information Commission.”;
(b) omit the entry for “The Information Commissioner.”.
