# The Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 (Consequential Amendments and Transitional Provision) Regulations 2026, Paragraph 17


In the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012, in each of the following provisions for “the Information Commissioner” substitute “the Information Commission”—
(a) section 29(5)(c);
(b) section 33(8)(c).
