  "text": "(1) The 2025 Act is amended as follows.\n(2) In each of the provisions listed in sub-paragraph (3)—\n(a) for “Commissioner”, in each place it occurs including in the term “Information Commissioner”, substitute “Commission”;\n(b) for “Commissioner’s”, in each place it occurs including in the term “Information Commissioner’s”, substitute “Commission’s”.\n(3) The provisions are—\n(a) section 28(3)(a);\n(b) section 29(4)(a);\n(c) section 31(2)(a);\n(d) section 49(5)(a);\n(e) the italic heading preceding section 91;\n(f) in section 91—\n(i) the heading;\n(ii) subsection (5);\n(g) in section 103—\n(i) subsection (2), in the text to be inserted as section 164B of the Data Protection Act 2018—\n(aa) the heading;\n(bb) subsections (1), (2) and (3)(b);\n(ii) subsection (3), in the words before paragraph (a);\n(iii) subsection (5), in the words before paragraph (a);\n(iv) subsection (6),\nsubject to regulation 1(4).\n(4) In paragraph 29(4)(b) of Schedule 9, after “Information Commissioner” insert “or the Information Commission”.\n(5) In Schedule 10, in each of the following provisions, for “Commissioner”, in each place it occurs, substitute “Commission”—\n(a) paragraph 2;\n(b) paragraph 3(3);\n(c) paragraph 4(3);\n(d) paragraph 5(3);\n(e) paragraph 6;\n(f) paragraph 7(3);\n(g) paragraph 10(2)(b) and (3)(b);\n(h) paragraph 11(2)(b);\n(i) paragraph 13(2)(b) and (3)(b);\n(j) paragraph 14;\n(k) paragraph 15;\n(l) paragraph 19;\n(m) paragraph 20(2),\nsubject to regulation 1(4).",
