(b)

in section 11AA—

(i)

in the heading, for “Information Commissioner” substitute “Information Commission”;

(ii)

in subsection (1), for “Information Commissioner”, in both places it occurs, substitute “Information Commission”;

(c)

in Schedule 2—

(i)

omit the entry for “The Information Commissioner.”;

(ii)

at the appropriate place insert—

“The Information Commission.”.
