# The Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 (Consequential Amendments and Transitional Provision) Regulations 2026, Paragraph 37


In the Public Services Ombudsman (Wales) Act 2019 (Deddf Ombwdsmon Gwasanaethau Cyhoeddus (Cymru) 2019), in section 69(1)(e), (2)(k), (3)(a) and (5)—
(a) in the English language text, for “Information Commissioner”, in each place it occurs, substitute “Information Commission”;
(b) in the Welsh language text, for “Comisiynydd Gwybodaeth”, in each place it occurs, substitute “Comisiwn Gwybodaeth”.
