# The Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 (Consequential Amendments and Transitional Provision) Regulations 2026, Paragraph 40


In the Justice Act (Northern Ireland) 2016, in section 44(1)(b), (2)(j) and (3)(a), for “Information Commissioner”, in each place it occurs, substitute “Information Commission”.
