# The Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 (Consequential Amendments and Transitional Provision) Regulations 2026, Paragraph 7


In the House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975, in Schedule 1—
(a) in Part 2, at the appropriate place insert—
“The Information Commission.”;
(b) in Part 3, omit the entry for “The Information Commissioner.”.
