(a)

in section 14(1)(a), for “14(a)” substitute “14(c)”;

(b)

in Schedule 1, in Part 1, in the table, in the second column, in paragraph 14—

(i)

omit sub-paragraph (a) relating to the Information Commissioner;

(ii)

insert—

“

(c) The Information Commission established by section 114A of the Data Protection Act 2018.

”.
