  "text": "(1) The Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) Rules 2008 are amended as follows.\n(2) In each of the following provisions, for “Information Commissioner”, substitute “Information Commission”—\n(a) rule 40(5);\n(b) in Schedule 2—\n(i) paragraph 2;\n(ii) paragraph 6(a);\n(iii) paragraph 7(a) and (b).\n(3) In paragraph 8(b) of Schedule 2, for “Commissioner” substitute “Information Commission”.",
