(b)

in paragraph 1(a) and (b), for “Commissioner” substitute “Commission”;

(c)

in paragraph 11, in the quoted text modifying the Data Protection Act 2018 so as to insert section 153A (withdrawal notices), for “Commissioner”, in both places it occurs, substitute “Commission”.
