  "text": "(1) The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Disclosure of Confidential Information) Regulations 2001 is amended as follows.\n(2) In Part 1 of Schedule 1, after the entry for “The National Audit Office”—\n(a) in the first column of the table, for “The Information Commissioner” substitute “The Information Commission”;\n(b) in the second column of the table—\n(i) after “All” insert “its”;\n(ii) omit “of that person”.",
