# The Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 (Consequential Amendments and Transitional Provision) Regulations 2026, Paragraph 2


(1) The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Disclosure of Confidential Information) Regulations 2001 is amended as follows.
(2) In Part 1 of Schedule 1, after the entry for “The National Audit Office”—
(a) in the first column of the table, for “The Information Commissioner” substitute “The Information Commission”;
(b) in the second column of the table—
(i) after “All” insert “its”;
(ii) omit “of that person”.
