  "text": "(1) The Network and Information Systems Regulations 2018 are amended as follows.\n(2) In each of the provisions listed in sub-paragraph (3)—\n(a) for “Information Commissioner”, in each place it occurs, substitute “Information Commission”;\n(b) for “the Commissioner”, in each place it occurs, substitute “the Information Commission”.\n(3) The provisions are—\n(a) regulation 1(3)(f);\n(b) regulation 3(2), (3)(f), (4), (5)(a) and (b) and (6);\n(c) regulation 12(3), (5)(f), (6)(b), (7)(b), (8), (11), (12), (13), (14) and (15);\n(d) regulation 13;\n(e) the heading and paragraphs (1), (2) and (3) of regulation 14;\n(f) regulation 14A(2)(b) and (4);\n(g) regulation 15(3), (5)(a) and (7);\n(h) regulation 16(2), (3)(a) and (4);\n(i) regulation 17(2), (2A), (2B), (2C), (2D), (4) and (6);\n(j) regulation 18(2), (3B), (3C), (3D)(c)(ii), (4) and (5)(a);\n(k) regulation 19A(2);\n(l) regulation 19B(4), (5) and (6);\n(m) regulation A20(1)(b), (3) and (5).",
