# The Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 (Consequential Amendments and Transitional Provision) Regulations 2026, Paragraph 25


(1) The Passenger Name Record Data and Miscellaneous Amendments Regulations 2018 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 2(1), omit the definition of “the Commissioner”.
(3) In regulation 4(3), for “Commissioner” substitute “Information Commission”.
(4) In regulation 14(4), for “Commissioner” substitute “Information Commission”.
