# The Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 (Consequential Amendments and Transitional Provision) Regulations 2026, Paragraph 31


In the Whole of Government Accounts (Designation of Bodies) Order 2025, in the Schedule—
(a) after the entry for “Independent Reporting Commission”, insert—
“Information Commission”;
(b) omit the entry for “Information Commissioner”.
