# The Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 (Consequential Amendments and Transitional Provision) Regulations 2026, Paragraph 34


(1) The Senedd Cymru (Disqualification) Order 2025 (Gorchymyn Senedd Cymru (Anghymhwyso) 2025) is amended as follows.
(2) In the Schedule, in the table—
(a) in the English language text—
(i) after the entry for “Independent Office for Police Conduct” insert—
“
Information Commission
All members
”;
(ii) omit the entry for “Information Commissioner”;
(b) in the Welsh language text—
(i) after the entry for “Y Comisiwn Ffiniau i Gymru” insert—
“
Y Comisiwn Gwybodaeth
Yr holl aelodau
”;
(ii) omit the entry for “Y Comisiynydd Gwybodaeth”.
