  "text": "(1) The Disclosure (Persons engaged in the Investigation and Reporting of Crime or Sudden Deaths) (Scotland) Regulations 2011 is amended as follows.\n(2) In the Schedule—\n(a) under the heading “Executive bodies”, after the entry for “Historic Environment Scotland”, insert—\n“Information Commission”;\n(b) under the heading “Commissioners”, omit the entry for “Information Commissioner”.",
