# The Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 (Consequential Amendments and Transitional Provision) Regulations 2026, Paragraph 36


(1) The Charities (Disclosure of Information to Designated Bodies) (Scotland) Order 2020 is amended as follows.
(2) In the Schedule, under the heading “Other public bodies and office holders”—
(a) after the entry for “Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs”, insert—
“The Information Commission”;
(b) omit the entry for “The Information Commissioner”.
