EUR 2014/910. In accordance with section 129 of the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025, “the eIDAS Regulation” means Regulation (EU) No910/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 July 2014 on electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions in the internal market. The eIDAS Regulation has been amended by S.I. 2019/89; there are other amendments but none is relevant.
