# The Debt Arrangement Scheme (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2013, Regulation 10: Joint debt payment programme


In regulation 22(1) (joint debt payment programme)—
(a) for sub-paragraph (a) substitute—
“(a) if each of the debtors is liable for a debt which the programme would provide for the payment of; and”; and
(b) in sub-paragraph (b), omit “and” where it appears before “they”.
