# The Debt Arrangement Scheme (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2013, Regulation 20: Savings


(1) Nothing in regulation 3(3), 6, 12, 13(1) or (2), 14(3) or 18(2) affects a debt payment programme in respect of which an application for approval was made (under regulation 20 of the DAS Regulations) before the date on which these Regulations comes into force.
(2) Nothing in regulation 3(5), 5, 14(5), 16 or 17 affects a debt payment programme where the determination—
(a) against which a review or appeal would be made; or
(b) which would be corrected,
was made before the date on which these Regulations comes into force.
