# The Debt Arrangement Scheme (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2013, Regulation 9: Information on the DAS Register


In regulation 19(2) (information on the DAS Register)—
(a) after sub-paragraph (h), insert—
“(ha) correction of an accidental error under regulation 4A;
(hb) variation of an approved programme under regulation 46D;
(hc) an application for review under regulation 47;”; and
(b) in sub-paragraph (i), for “ 47” substitute “47C”.
