Regulation 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Debt Arrangement Scheme (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2014.

Subject to paragraph (3), they come into force on 11th December 2014.

Regulations 8 except paragraph (3)(a) and (c), 9(1), 10, 21(5)(a), 22, Schedule 1 and Schedule 2 in respect of form 1 come into force on 1st April 2015.
