  "text": "In regulation 33 (effect on a creditor)—\n(a) at the start of paragraph (1)(b)(v), insert “where the debtor is an individual,”;\n(b) at the start of paragraph (6)(a), insert “where the debtor is an individual,”; and\n(c) after paragraph (6)(a), insert—\n“(aa) where the debtor is a legal person, trust or unincorporated body of persons, a building used only or principally for the debtor’s work;”.",
