# The Debt Arrangement Scheme (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2018, Regulation 10: Joint debt payment programme: terminology


In regulation 22(1) (joint debt payment programme), for sub-paragraph (b) substitute—
“(b) they are—
(i) spouses or civil partners of each other; or
(ii) living together as if spouses of each other.”.
