Regulation 16 Grounds for variation: change in household circumstances, reduction in benefits

In regulation 37(3)(c) (grounds for variation) omit the words “of the debtor”.
(2)
After regulation 37(3)(e) insert—
“(f)a reduction in social security benefits or tax credits (or both).”
