# The Debt Arrangement Scheme (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2018, Regulation 17: Approval of variation: discharge of liability on compensation


In regulation 38 (approval of variation)—
(a) in paragraph (1)—
(i) omit “or”; and
(ii) at the end, insert “or (ea)”; and
(b) in paragraph (2), for “(d) to (h)” substitute “(d), (e), (f), (g), (h) and (i)”.
