Regulation 13 Savings and transitional arrangements

Except as mentioned in paragraph (2), regulations 4 to 7 do not affect a debt payment programme in respect of which an application for approval was made (under regulation 20 of the DAS Regulations) before 4 November 2019.

Regulation 4(3) to (5) applies in relation to a debt payment programme in respect of which an application for approval was made before 4 November 2019 as regards any transfer to a substitute payments distributor under regulation 16(2) of the DAS Regulations made on or after 4 November 2019.

Regulation 4(3) and (4) has no effect as regards an application for approval as a payments distributor under regulation 14 of the DAS Regulations (approval of a payments distributor) made before 4 November 2019.
