# The Debt Arrangement Scheme (Scotland) Regulations 2004, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


These Regulations may be cited as the Debt Arrangement Scheme (Scotland) Regulations 2004, and shall come into force on the fourteenth day after the day on which they are made.
