# The Debt Arrangement Scheme (Scotland) Regulations 2004, Regulation 25: Approval of agreed programmes


(1) The DAS administrator shall approve a debt payment programme where each creditor has consented under regulation 22 to an application for approval.
(2) Approval under paragraph (1) may be made subject to a condition under regulation 30.
